2015 Labor Day Parade

Come join the Marathon County Central Labor Council for this year’s Labor Day Parade!
Where: Parade starts at the corner of West Wausau Avenue and ends at the Wausau Labor Temple: 318 South 3rd Avenue.
Time: line-up starts at 3:00 p.m. & parade starts at 4:00 p.m.
Awards and guest speakers after the parade at the Labor Temple. Five Oak Belgian horses will be in the parade, and after the parade they’ll be in the Labor Temple parking lot. There will also be music (KT Country).

Business of the Year: Red Eye Brewing Company
This year we remember our union brother: John (“Speegs”) Spiegelhoff (Jan.21, 1967- Aug. 11, 2016). John was our 2011 Citizen of the Year and fought tirelessly for workers’ rights in both WI and MN. Please accept a green ribbon, which will be handed out during the parade in remembrance of our AFSCME brother, John.
